About G&L Cabinets

We have been building custom cabinets in Southeastern North Carolina since 1986. Our goal is to provide you, our customer, with quality cabinets built with your ideas in mind. We believe that designing and building cabinets for your home should be a collaborative effort.

We have built beautiful cabinets for homes in the surrounding beach communities of Shallotte, Ocean Isle, Calabash, Sunset, Holden Beach, Southport, Oak Island, Wrightsville Beach, and Wilmington, as well as local golf course developments such as Ocean Ridge Plantation, Lockwood Folly, St. James Plantation, Brierwood, Ocean Harbor, and Winding River.

Our major focus is traditional face-frame cabinets in residential settings. We also make European style cabinets, especially for our commercial clients -- you can see examples of both by viewing the photo gallery. We enjoy making something that will be uniquely yours, including built-in furniture, chessboards, specialty cabinets, and quite a bit more.

Your cabinets will be hand crafted in our local facility. We start from raw wood, and finish with custom cabinets for any room in your house. We are thus able to keep control of the job so as to ensure the finest quality. While other companies try to fit stock cabinets in your space by adding fillers, we maximize your storage and display potential by building cabinets especially to fit your space. Because we customize each cabinet to each customer, there are no extra charges for modifications. Our showroom is located at the plant, so you can have a chance to see where everything is made.
